LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Portland, OR company on a full-time, direct hire Purchasing Manager job. You thrive in a growing small business environment. Responsibilities:

Lead a small purchasing team and oversee all inventory for the company
Manage inventory forecasting, purchasing levels and the order process
Own purchase orders – tracking, accuracy, follow up, etc.
Audit and analyze data to adjust purchasing levels
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on inventory levels and needs

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
3+ years of purchasing and/or inventory management experience
1+ year of leadership / management experience

Skills:

Proactive communication
Strong attention to detail and organization

About the role:

Full Time, Direct Hire
Mon – Fri; 8a – 5p; Mostly on site with hybrid and schedule flexibility
Availability for occasional international supplier / partner calls after hours
Comp / Benefits – 90-105K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
