Introduction: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our Portland, OR location. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment with room for growth and development.

Position Title: Receptionist
Location: Onsite: Portland, OR 97205
Parking: Parking expenses covered or Trimet pass provided
Duration: Contract, with potential for conversion based on performance
Dress Code: Business casual (no jeans)
Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Job Description:
  • Perform basic reception duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
  • Assist in setting up desks for new hires.
  • Handle mail distribution and courier packages.
  • Support HR activities as needed.
  • Serve as the point person for office needs, including setting up key fobs and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.

Qualifications:
  • 6 months to 1 year of office experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be proactive and willing to assist in various administrative tasks.
