Location: Onsite in Salem, Oregon
Contract Duration: 2-4 months with potential for extension
Compensation: $28 - $35 per hour DOE
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full Time
Job Description: As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our client's organization's mission. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
