Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Location: Onsite in Portland, OR Employment Type: 4-6 Month Contract Compensation: $24-$27 per hour


Job Description:


LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's team on a 4-6 month contract basis. This role is crucial in supporting their Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire a high-quality, diverse workforce. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for managing the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews, including candidate travel arrangements.


  • Create and post new job requisitions.


  • Track and document candidate communications and processes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


  • Process candidate expenses for reimbursement.


  • Support recruiting events such as job and career fairs.


  • Provide high-quality customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and employees.


  • Collaborate closely with leadership, Human Capital, and other key internal stakeholders to support effective talent acquisition strategies.


Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software.


  • Energetic, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
