Location: Portland, OR
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid
Compensation: $50,000/year + Incentive Program (Bonus/Commission based on performance)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Accounting/Finance practice. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our staffing solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Present our services to potential clients and address their needs
- Negotiate staffing solutions and close sales
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of professional sales experience
- Strong experience in cold calling, sales, and relationship management is a plus!
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
