Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Portland Metropolitan Area
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, DOE
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Portland Metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and 3-5 years of experience in budget and planning. This role involves overseeing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing project management.
3-5 years of experience in budget and planning.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
