LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in Potomac, Maryland is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal to join their team.

Responsibilities:

· Preparing bankruptcy filings and foreclosure documents

· Assisting with foreclosure and bankruptcy matters

· Handling e-filing for state and federal courts

· Creating, editing, and proofreading documents

· Corresponding with clients

Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in foreclosures and bankruptcy

· Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated salary range is $75,000–$120,000 per year depending on experience.
