LHH is proactively recruiting for a bookkeeper, near Princeton, NJ. This position is Full time Contract(temp). 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range is between $25-$30/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:
Complete daily cash reconcilements for the company
Process supplier invoices, monitor due dates, and process payments in a timely manner
Handle any discrepancies
Maintain fixed asset records
Prepare and maintain capital and operating lease file for additions, terminations, and renewals
Prepare analysis of selected balance sheets and expense accounts
Handle corrections/ recurring accruals
Qualifications:
Must have 2 years of experience with Accounting Experience
Must be proficient Excel
Must be organized
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail
Employment type: Contract (Temp)
Salary: The anticipated pay range is $25-$30/hr.
