Job Posting: Part-Time Non-Profit Accountant
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: 10-20 hours per week

We are a dedicated non-profit organization focused on making a positive impact in the healthcare community. Our team is passionate about our mission, and we are looking for a skilled Part-Time Accountant to join us in supporting our financial operations.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Non-Profit Accountant to assist with essential accounting functions. This role is fully remote and offers flexibility, making it ideal for individuals looking to contribute to a meaningful cause while managing their time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payments and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Create and modify budgets in collaboration with program managers.
Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with non-profit accounting standards and regulations.
Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial tracking.
Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounting, specifically within a non-profit environment.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
