Key Highlights:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.

- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure alignment on financial processes and goals. Provide support and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
