The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks without losing focus, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product and service information - business to business customer service.

  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, determining the cause, and offering effective solutions.

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.

  • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • 2+ years of recent experience in a similar role.

  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Proficient in documentation and data entry.

  • Comfortable handling phone inquiries and multitasking.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

  • Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.



Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
