LHH Talent Solutions in currently seeking a temporary Administrative/Legal Assistant with the possibility of a permanent role. The Administrative/Legal Assistant plays a vital role within a law firm, performing a range of duties essential to managing workflow and business practices. The AA's responsibilities involve supporting lawyers and paralegals, managing multiple calendars, processing correspondence and mailings, handling file management, conducting research, verifying and composing legal documents, and managing billing. This position is ideal for individuals with strong critical-thinking skills, adept at project and information management, and capable of efficiently analyzing and evaluating solutions. This role is well-suited for individuals who excel at managing multiple projects and tasks, are proficient in using software, motivated to learn new tools, have acute attention to detail, and thrive in a professional environment.
Qualifications:
Litigation experience preferred
Expert Microsoft Office skills
Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Excellent writing skills (proper use of punctuation, spelling, grammar, diction, and style)
Excellent proofreading skills
Excellent communication and telephone skills, ability to communicate effectively in a clear and understandable manner
Ability to interpret and follow written, oral, diagram or schedule format instructions
Education:
Associate degree or equivalent related work experience
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
