Commercial Litigation Associate

LHH is assisting a prestigious national firm with an office in Raleigh, North Carolina, in its search for a talented Commercial Litigation Associate. This role primarily focuses on commercial litigation, insurance defense, and coverage work. Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, and attending mediations.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of litigation experience, including depositions, mediations, and court appearances

• JD from an accredited law school

• North Carolina admission required; South Carolina admission is a plus
