Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company to find a Corporate Generalist Attorney with a background in transactional law. This is a temporary role that could potentially transition into a permanent position. The role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate intricate commercial transactions.
  • Experience with preparing, negotiating, and revising software licensing, SaaS, and technology service agreements.
  • Build and sustain client relationships.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Interpret legal statutes and regulations for the firm and its clients.
  • Support the Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property teams.
  • Handle additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Strong academic background.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property.
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adhere to tight deadlines.

Details:
  • Employment type: Contract
  • Compensation: $50-75/hr
