Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – 6 Month Contract
Location: On-site | Full-time Garner, NC Monday-Friday
Industry: Manufacturing / Consumer Products
Pay: $20/hr.
LHH is working with a respected and growing company who is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Specialist to support its operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative support, order processing, and cross-functional collaboration. Construction industry experience is a plus.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Warranty Intake: Log and track incoming warranty requests using an internal system.
- Order Entry: Learn to input customer orders into a proprietary Windows-based platform (Siteline), with full training provided.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry tasks, including copy-paste work in Excel and other internal tools.
- Cross-Training: Support other administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
? Ideal Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic Excel knowledge (copy-paste, formatting).
- Comfortable working in Windows-based systems.
- Willingness to learn and take direction—training will be provided.
- Prior experience in a construction-related environment is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
