LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant with 5 to 10+ years of litigation experience to join a prominent firm in downtown Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys and paralegals

  • Manage multiple calendars and schedule appointments

  • Process correspondence and handle file management

  • Conduct research and draft legal documents

  • Manage billing and other administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10+ years of litigation experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Excellent writing and proofreading abilities

  • Experience in Business Litigation, Healthcare Litigation, and General Litigation

Education:

  • Associate degree or equivalent related work experience
