LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant with 5 to 10+ years of litigation experience to join a prominent firm in downtown Raleigh, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys and paralegals
Manage multiple calendars and schedule appointments
Process correspondence and handle file management
Conduct research and draft legal documents
Manage billing and other administrative duties
Qualifications:
5 to 10+ years of litigation experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Excellent writing and proofreading abilities
Experience in Business Litigation, Healthcare Litigation, and General Litigation
Education:
Associate degree or equivalent related work experience
