Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office & Administration Associate to support daily office operations and enhance overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and electronic.

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating training and orientation.

  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.

  • Perform data entry and maintain databases as required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
