Property Project Manager

LHH is seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to oversee capital improvement projects for a large real estate portfolio. Fully onsite in Raleigh, NC. Pay depending on experience is $50K-60K.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with residents, colleagues, contractors, and city inspectors.
  • Manage multiple priorities confidently using strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Evaluate and develop scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for capital improvement projects.
  • Coordinate contractors, conduct site inspections, and ensure efficient project completion.
  • Handle contract payments, maintain files, and manage administrative tasks like contracts and change orders.
  • Identify and present opportunities for community improvements.

Requirements

  • Valid NC driver’s license.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in construction management.
  • Acceptable: High school diploma/equivalent with four years of construction experience, including supervision and cost estimating, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Knowledge of electric systems, asbestos, lead-based paint abatement, and proficiency in MS Office 365 is a plus.


Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
