Summary:
LHH is seeking an experienced recruiter to support our clients growing talent acquisition initiative across manufacturing and corporate functions. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, quickly build trust with stakeholders, and manage full-cycle recruitment with minimal ramp-up time. The recruiter will be instrumental in sourcing and hiring for both exempt and non-exempt roles, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and process ownership.
Location: Remote (Preferred: Raleigh, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Beaverton, OR; Fairport, NY; or near OpCo cities)
Duration: 6 months (potential for full-time conversion)
Compensation: $40–$50/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Activities:
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of roles, including technical, operational, and leadership positions, full cycle recruiting.
- Present qualified candidates with summaries and recommendations to hiring teams.
- Manage interview logistics, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, SAP SuccessFactors) .
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to recruit across all levels (exempt and non-exempt).
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Eightfold AI ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience supporting distributed teams or CoOp’s in multiple locations.
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and compliance best practices.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
