LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit administration and a passion for supporting community-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leadership team.
· • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
· • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
· • Coordinate and document board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
· • Track grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements.
· • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
· • Support fundraising and donor engagement activities with administrative tasks.
· • Maintain confidential files and records in compliance with organizational policies.
· • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
· • 5 or more years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit setting
· • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
· • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
· • Familiarity with grant tracking and board governance is a plus.
· • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
Location: Sacramento County
Salary: $100k-$140k
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
