We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from concept to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and drive progress through every phase of the build.
What You’ll Do
Define project scope, deliverables, and resource needs; secure permits and approvals.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and contracts; monitor costs and progress to ensure alignment with goals.
Lead construction activities, ensuring compliance with building and safety codes.
Oversee subcontractor and supplier relationships; coordinate efforts across architects, engineers, and designers.
Provide regular updates on timelines, costs, and milestones; maintain alignment with finance and accounting teams.
Ensure labor compliance and manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
7–12 years of project management experience in the drywall or broader construction industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Solid command of Microsoft Office, On-Screen Takeoff/Quick Bid, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.
Deep understanding of construction principles, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
