LHH is partnering with a company that is searching for a temporary to hire Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently without much oversight. The Manager is looking for someone who has at least three years of previous accounting experience and who has proven experience working in a fast-paced environment. Since you are a part of a small accounting team, you will need to be comfortable handling a variety of tasks and keeping your work organized. This company is growing so there will be potential to grow with the team and take on more advanced tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices and manage vendor relations.
  • Ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner.
  • Manage the accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Update and create vendor accounts when necessary.
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Analyze financial transactions and research any variances.
  • Additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a client services or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior in all professional activities.
Employment details
  • Temporary to hire
  • Fully onsite in Redmond, WA office.
  • Monday to Friday, start time between 6:00 and 8:00 AM.


Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
