LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to support essential finance operations for our client in Redmond, WA. This role focuses on processing invoices, managing expense reimbursements, making deposits, and maintaining accurate records—all while ensuring timely execution and upholding high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
· Process and enter invoices into the system; schedule payments accordingly
· Reconcile invoice discrepancies and correspond with vendors to resolve issues
· Review and approve expense reports and reimbursements
· Post entries for permits and ensure accuracy of account data
· Make timely bank deposits
· Manage vendor insurance records and coordinate vendor onboarding
· Maintain compliance with company policies and represent the company professionally
· Provide support with overtime when necessary
· Ensure consistent, reliable attendance
· Investigate billing to confirm property ownership during billing period
· Research and resolve past-due invoice issues
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED
· 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or training
· Familiarity with general accounting practices is preferred
· Data entry experience
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
· Ability to follow instructions and adapt to written, verbal, or application-based direction
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
