Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview: LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to join our client's team in Bend, OR. This role is perfect for someone with experience in affordable or tax credit properties, looking to make a meaningful impact in the community. The position offers the opportunity for permanent employment and in turn, growth opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the community, ensuring a high standard of living for tenants.
Support the Community Manager in managing affordable or tax credit documentation.
Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leasing and maintenance.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for property management.
Participate in community events and activities to foster a positive living environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or a similar industry.
Experience working with affordable or tax credit properties is a big plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in property management or related field is a plus.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
