Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Redmond, WA

Job Type: Contract to Hire - Fully Onsite

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Redmond, WA. This is a contract-to-hire position that requires full-time onsite presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and employee records
  • Maintain office equipment and facilities
  • Support team members with administrative needs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
