HR Leave of Absence Specialist LHH is looking for a temporary Leave Specialist for our client, a Non Profit Organization focused on mental health resources. This person will be part of a six person HR team and be the first point of contact for all benefit and leave of absence questions. This organization has approximately 600 employees. The ideal person for this job would be someone that likes to work independently and has had a focus on processing LOA, FMLA, PFL and answering general benefit inquiries. This position will have the option to work remotely but candidates must be able to work PST hours 9-6pm. This position will pay between $35-40/hr, contingent on experience.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
• MUST have previous experience processing leaves of absences
• Familiar with LOA laws and policies
• 2+ years of Benefits experience
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
