Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are a growing home builder company dedicated to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, vendors, and team members.


Position Overview

We’re seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed

  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Support various administrative tasks for office staff and management


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front office role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
