LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Family Specialist Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in Renton, WA. This will be a contract opportunity for our client and will be a hybrid opportunity working both in-office and off-site at community events. The role will be focused on providing resources to parents/guardians for their children, including medical and educational needs. This role will also participate in community events and help to educate the general public on our client's mission and values in order promote its resources to others.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Psychology/Early Childhood Development or similar field required
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience working with adolescents strongly desired, case management experience required
• Must have reliable transportation to be active in the outreach activity for our client

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with adolescents and understand how to communicate effectively with both children and adults
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work well under pressure
• Passion for helping others
• Must be able to work well independently and make sound judgment calls when needed
