Job Title: HR Benefits Specialist (3-Month Contract)
Location: Renton, WA
Duration: 3 Months

LHH is seeking a highly skilled HR Benefits Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. If you have experience managing benefits across multiple states and are adept at handling benefits for a large employee base, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs for over 600 employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across multiple states.
  • Conduct benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits options and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of benefits policies and procedures.
  • Handle benefits-related audits and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR benefits administration, preferably in a multi-state environment.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.
  • Proficiency in -Workday, ADP Workforce, UltiPro or Kronos.
  • Experience managing benefits for a large employee base (600+ employees).
  • Certification in HR or benefits administration (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus!


Pay Details: $38.00 to $44.00 per hour
