We are recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager
Hybrid: In office: Monday - Thursday with Fridays as optional WFH.
Office Location: Renton
Compensation: $110k to $150k + 15% bonus + 5% RSU's that vest after 3 years
10 days PTO + 10 sick days + 8 Holidays
401k retirement with 3.5% match

Employee Picnic in the Summer
Third Thursday of each month there is a company sponsored Thirsty Thursday happy hour
Why Open: We are "in sourcing" the corporate tax function.
Growth Path: Yes as you get your arms around the tax function there will be room to build a team underneath you.
Reports to: VP Controller
Team Description: The accounting department is split into General Accounting and Technical Accounting. On the General Accounting side there is: Assistant Controller Accounting Manager 3 Senior Accountants and 2 Accounts Payable Clerks. On the Technical Accounting side there is: Commissions Revenue Reporting and SEC Accountant. To start you would be the only dedicated tax professional.
Hours/Schedule: 9am to 5pm with flexibility. Interactions with your international team members is mostly over email. And the need to attend a video call after hours is rare.
Systems: SAP, Blackline, Lucernex and Concur
Other: no travel. proof of covid vaccination not required.
This job:
Timely preparation and filing of all tax returns
Income - multi entity and multi national
Property
No sales tax at this time. There is WA State and Renton B&O Tax (manual, but not much tax as most is exempt).
Quarterly and Annual Tax Provision
We are looking for:
7+ years relevant experience
CPA or Masters in Taxation
Self driven go getter who is not shy
Not afraid to roll up sleeves and get into the detail.
