LHH is recruiting for a full-time, Technical Business Development Manager for one of our long-standing Manufacturing clients in the Greater Milwaukee Area. This is your chance to join a growing company with a terrific culture!

Location: Greater Milwaukee Area - Onsite

Compensation: $100K-$120K based on experience + bonus + benefits

Benefit offerings include medical, dental, 401K plan and more. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or similar.

  • 5+ years of technical, business development, outside sales, or account management in a technical, direct manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrated product development experience

  • Technical acumen including ability to review and understand blue prints, drawing, and specs

  • Experience selling a company's value proposition

  • Strong analytical acumen

  • Growth mindset and desire to work directly with customers on a regular basis to meet needs and solve challenges

  • Strong ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and leadership

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational skills and client documentation development and management

  • Ability to make day trips to visit customers up to 30% of time
