LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Manufacturing Account Specialist, for a permanent opportunity, working in the office, for a company in Richmond, VA.

Duties include working with customers on products and logistics. Processing contracts and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, monitoring availability, and communicating discrepancies to customers. Coordinate and track products, facilitate pickups at third-party warehouses, and collaborate with internal teams on deliveries. Review customer purchase orders for accuracy against sales contracts, communicate discrepancies and product availability issues with sales team and customers. Track sales progress and communicate contract balances.

Ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in client service, supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or a related field. Strong communication skills and attention to detail to manage documentation and reviewing reports. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to operational processes.

Permanent Salary Range: $55K to $60K plus benefits which include medical, dental, vision, 401K plan, STD/LTD, paid time off, and more
