LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist, for a potential contract-to-hire opportunity, working in the office in Richmond, VA.

This role requires basic understanding of general accounting include processing high volume accounts payable invoices, fast and accurate data entry, matching/batching/coding invoices, reviewing invoices and purchase orders, working with vendors, opening and sorting mail, reconciliation and other accounting duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of strong accounts payable experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and able to use multiple ERP systems

• Professional, organized, attention to detail, and reliable

Contract Pay: $22 to $24 an hour
