Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answer phones and help claimants with payments
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, mail, etc.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, etc.
  • Research information regarding claims
Skills:
  • Detail oriented
  • Must possess wonderful organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all different levels
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM

Employment Type: Contract, Full Time

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
