Client Associate

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Client Associate in Richmond, VA. This is a direct hire opportunity for a growing and fast paced company.

Responsibilities:


· Prepare routine correspondence


· Provide support with new account openings, money movement, asset transfers, and monitoring new client accounts


· Review accounts regularly insuring there are sufficient funds


· Take meeting minutes when requested


· Monitor phones and email


· Prepare meeting materials such as agendas


· Ensure conference rooms are set up and ready for meetings



Skills:


· Detail oriented


· Ability to work independently


· Ability to multitask


· Must possess wonderful organizational skills


· Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all different levels



Qualifications:


· 1-3 years of administrative experience


· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


· Must have financial services or investment industry experience




Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week


Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
