LHH is recruiting for experienced Customer Service Specialists for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our Richmond, VA client. This position involves managing a high-volume of complex calls while displaying great communication skills and performing thorough call documentation. Only candidates with 2+ years of recent call center experience will be considered.
· Monday – Friday
· 8:30 – 5:30 pm
· In-person training for a month followed by a hybrid schedule
· 21/hour offered during temporary period with opportunity for increase if hired by client
· Criminal background check required
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
