LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a part-time, non-profit, Finance Director, for a contract-to-hire opportunity, in Richmond, VA.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree required and CPA preferred

• Non-profit experience

• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel

• Professional, organized, attention to detail, and reliable

Schedule: 25 to 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with 1 day work from home

Contract Pay: $45 to $50 an hour

Permanent Pay: $50 to $55 an hour

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, prorated PTO and access to 403B
