HR Coordinator

LHH is seeking an HR Coordinator that will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our HR department and assisting with various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, strong organizational skills, and be available immediately for a temporary position.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Recruitment & Onboarding:


    • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
    • Ensure all new hire documentation is completed and filed correctly.

  • Employee Relations:


    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

  • HR Administration:


    • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
    • Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including contracts, changes in status, and terminations.
    • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes.

  • Compliance & Reporting:


    • Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on HR metrics and employee data.
    • Support audits and compliance reviews as needed

  • Miscellaneous:


    • Support special HR projects and initiatives as required.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an HR support role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other HR-related software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
