We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator for a temporary position with a leading company based in Richmond, VA. This hybrid role will play a key part in supporting the recruitment and hiring process for various departments.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process


  • Maintain and update the recruitment list and candidate database


  • Post job requisitions and manage application tracking


  • Collaborate with legal counsel and immigration operations for compliance and employee documentation


Qualifications:



  • Strong organizational and communication skills


  • Experience in recruitment or HR coordination


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


  • Familiarity with legal and immigration processes is a plus
