We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator for a temporary position with a leading company based in Richmond, VA. This hybrid role will play a key part in supporting the recruitment and hiring process for various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process
Maintain and update the recruitment list and candidate database
Post job requisitions and manage application tracking
Collaborate with legal counsel and immigration operations for compliance and employee documentation
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in recruitment or HR coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with legal and immigration processes is a plus
