• Hiring method: Temporary – 12 weeks, possible to extend
• Location: Onsite in Richmond
  • Client has two locations, downtown Richmond and northwest side of Richmond – these positions may rotate, you must be open to both!
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Hourly pay rate: $20/hour

• Providing expertise in revenue cycle, specifically in initial billing and collections
• Performing insurance follow up with commercial or Medicaid/Medicare
• Researching denial reasons, correcting/rebilling claims for reimbursement
• Working claims to secure payment

• Minimum of 1 year in medical collections
• Strong knowledge and understanding in commercial and government payer guidelines, EOBs, denials management
• Prior medical billing software experience, required
• Hospital, pharmacy or physician billing/collections, required
• Must possess strong problem solving and researching skills
