LHH Recruitment in partnership with a law firm in Richmond is seeking a Liability paralegal/Insurance Defense. This is a permanent position and is fully on-site.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing complex legal documents such as subpoenas and discovery responses

E-file legal documents in State and Federal Courts

Organizing, reviewing and summarizing medical records

Assist with any other duties required of the role

Requirements

5+ years of Liability Paralegal experience

Excellent team player

E-filing experience in State and Federal Court

Ability to handle a heavy case load with a great attention to detail

Assist any other Microsoft Office experience required; TABS and Worldox experience a plus. Please submit a resume and a cover letter that includes the desired annual compensation.

Schedule:

• 7.5 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Richmond, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
