Revenue Cycle Manager in Richmond VA
LHH has partnered with a local nonprofit organization seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager. In this position, you will be overseeing the full revenue cycle process, as well as financial reporting, process improvement, and staff development.
Main objectives include,
  • Conduct reporting on revenue cycle metrics and KPIs
  • In collaboration with internal departments and external vendors, monitor and analyze revenue cycle trends including AR and denials; Develop procedures that result in process improvement, timely claim submissions and reduced AR
  • Develop internal staff, including training opportunities, tracking performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and local regulations
  • Other duties included related to strategic leadership, patient finance and experience
Qualifications include,
  • Education: Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related
  • Experience: 5 years minimum in a revenue cycle management role, with prior experience working with third party billing companies
  • Knowledge: Strong and detailed knowledge of full revenue cycle operations and EMR/EHR systems
  • Leadership skills: Able to foster a collaborative culture and promote relationships with internal staff and teams. Requires strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
