Revenue Cycle Manager

Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of the revenue cycle process. This role will lead the internal billing team and work closely with external billing vendors to ensure accurate billing, efficient collections, and an excellent patient financial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the internal business office team to meet performance goals

• Serve as liaison between internal staff and external billing vendors

• Oversee claims submission, insurance follow-up, collections, denial management, and AR

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing issues

• Monitor revenue cycle KPIs and generate regular reports for leadership

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific billing regulations

• Support a seamless patient financial experience from intake through payment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management

• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage external billing partners

• Strong understanding of billing, coding, collections, and AR workflows

• Proficient with EMR/EHR systems and revenue cycle tools

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
