You'll play a key role in managing both corporate and property-specific accounting functions for our expanding portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and advance to senior positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including accrual postings and detailed property accounting reports.
Generate lender and investor reports, conduct monthly variance analysis, and develop technical financial models.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts, focusing on property-specific transactions.
Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts, incorporating property performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to relevant tax regulations, industry standards, and property-specific accounting guidelines.
Collaborate with property managers to address financial queries and issues, offering technical accounting support.
Oversee tenant billing and collections, including rent, utilities, and other charges, with an emphasis on property accounting systems.
Monitor and manage property cash flows and funding requirements using advanced financial software.
Support internal and external audit processes, focusing on property accounting compliance.
Implement and maintain technical accounting systems and software for property management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3+ years of property accounting experience.
Proficient in Accounting software, Excel, and property management systems.
