LHH is currently recruiting for an experienced Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting professional for a long-term contract opportunity in the Richmond, VA area. The ideal match will have 2+ years of proven experience recruiting and placing technical candidates in niche roles. This is a hybrid position so only candidates that reside in a commutable distance to Richmond, VA will be considered.

Duties will include:

· Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including ads, social media, networking, referrals, etc.

· Identifying prospective candidates for highly specialized roles

· Recommending candidates to hiring managers, consulting with candidates throughout the interview process, and assisting with salary negotiations
