LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a contract to hire Dispatcher to assist an HVAC company in Riviera Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in dispatch for construction or industrial work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients and customers with scheduling HVAC services
• Schedule technician shifts and assign them to jobs
• Communicate with clients and resolve customer issues
• Maintain customer files
• Perform standard data entry

• At least 5 years of experience in dispatch
• Experience with construction/industrial work
• HS Diploma required
• Excel and Quickbooks experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Full Time, M-F, 8a-5p
• Contract to Hire
• Compensation: $20-22/hr
