LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a fast-growing company that has recently undergone an acquisition. We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team. These entry-level positions are ideal for those starting out or reentering the mortgage industry. We provide training and a supportive environment to help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and distributing mail and packages

  • Scanning and uploading documents

  • Handling physical document management

  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed

  • Supporting departments such as documentation, audit, and post-close

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous experience in shipping clerk roles or administrative office work is beneficial but not mandatory

  • Proficiency with computers

  • Comfortable with moving around the office

  • Ability to adapt to high-volume work environments

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Must pass a background and drug test

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Compensation: $18.50 per hour
