Key Responsibilities:
Sorting and distributing mail and packages
Scanning and uploading documents
Handling physical document management
Performing various administrative tasks as needed
Supporting departments such as documentation, audit, and post-close
Requirements:
High School Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in shipping clerk roles or administrative office work is beneficial but not mandatory
Proficiency with computers
Comfortable with moving around the office
Ability to adapt to high-volume work environments
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Must pass a background and drug test
