Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temp to Perm)
Location: Rochelle Park, NJ
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Compensation: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Overview:

LHH is working with a client that is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist in Rochelle Park, NJ. This temp-to-perm role is ideal for someone with strong AR experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash applications, and collections

  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies

  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer payments

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and improve processes

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred)

  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
