We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our client’s team in Northern NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing employee benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of benefits administration, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other perks.
Conduct market research to benchmark benefits offerings and ensure competitiveness.
Review and interpret benefits policies and regulations to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
Prepare and analyze benefits-related reports and metrics for management review.
Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and communications to employees.
Collaborate with benefits vendors and providers to resolve issues and optimize service delivery.
Provide support during open enrollment periods and benefits-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of benefits-related legislation and compliance requirements.
