Our client, a prominent organization in Northern New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Benefits Consultant to enhance their employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits consulting, with a focus on optimizing and managing benefits plans to meet organizational needs and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
Assess and recommend improvements to current employee benefits programs.
Provide expert guidance on benefits strategy, compliance, and administration.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive benefits offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and manage benefits solutions.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on benefits metrics and trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Benefits Consultant or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
