Our client, a prominent organization in Northern New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Benefits Consultant to enhance their employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits consulting, with a focus on optimizing and managing benefits plans to meet organizational needs and ensure compliance.


Responsibilities:



  • Assess and recommend improvements to current employee benefits programs.


  • Provide expert guidance on benefits strategy, compliance, and administration.


  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive benefits offerings.


  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and manage benefits solutions.


  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on benefits metrics and trends.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Benefits Consultant or similar role.


  • In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and regulatory compliance.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
